Elspeth Victoria Brown
President and Founder
I was a ballet dancer for many years and studied at the Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Washington Ballet, and the American Ballet Theater. In 2001, I left ballet to pursue my education and earned a degree in Theater from Hunter College in NYC.
After college, I formed the Eyes of a Blue Dog Dance Theater which held performances in many notable venues, including Jacob’s Pillow. My dance and theater work eventually lead to more involvement in moving picture projects.
In 2010, I began work with NYLAHD as in an in-house Producer and Director, creating commercials and music videos for major companies and well known recording artists.
In 2014 I launched Iron Rose Productions with James Fitzgerald. With the Iron Rose team I have created content for a wide variety of companies and non profit organizations including Lancome (cosmetics), Yield Street (investment services), the Urban Alternative (non-profit) and Elle (fashion).
As an artist, I strive to push creative boundaries. I am enthusiastic to collaborate with other passionate creators in all fields. There are a myriad of stories and ideas that need to be explored and told in a universal way and that is through visual storytelling.
